Having grown out of her kit-like behaviours, Hazelpaw is a still quite shy and secretive, but she talks openly with those she trusts. She is usually blunt and tells it like it is, knowing it's only worse to soften the blow to having what could have happened backfire and hurt that much more.
description:
A longhaired, brown tabby. She looks very similar to a Maine Coon and probably has kittypets in her ancestry. Her pawpads are black and her eyes are a matching brown. However, she has light colored rings of cream around her eyes and her lower jaw.
history:
All her life, Hazelleaf had lived well. She had gotten her wish and became the medicine cat's apprentice at six moons. She earned her full name at twenty moons, when everything changed for her. Before this point, she had been kind to hte patients, trying to make things sound like less than they were. But it all flipped upside down when her mentor, Bluejay, got sick. She did everything she could for her, and Bluejay kept telling her she was feeling fine, and even like she was getting better. She was just trying to make it easier for her apprentice, but her lies only hurt Hazelpaw in the end when she didn't pull through. And now, after three moons, she still hasn't gotten over that ache in her heart, throwing all her time into her work to keep her mind occupied.
