1) You must have our banner up by the time I view your site.
2) You must have it up when I do random checks.
3) If either of these are not followed, your banner will be taken down/not put up. I will not remove your post, however, and it will be treated as an advertisement. Once your banner is taken down, I will not check again to see if it's been put back up.
4) Your banner must be 88x31 pixels, or it will be resized.
