Azurepaw sat ans stared into the water of the river. She was alone and hadn't seen her mentor in a while. She practiced what she had been taught but wanted to learn something new. She had overheard something about a gathering. 'That could be interesting.' Azurepaw had thought at the time. But she had been sure she wasn't going to go because she had heard that the clan leader was going to pick who went and who stayed. She was too new to the clan to go at least that was what she thought. She overheard recently though that she was going to go. That would be so fun. Until then she was terribly board.
